So I see that some people have down how many calories burned from things like P90X. How did you find that or did you create the exercise and calories burned?? I just want to be acurate. How are you guys out there figuring it out? Help!! Thanks in advance..

I created the exercise and used the time/calories burned from my heart rate monitor.0

But a heart rate monitor. Then create the exercise yourself and input how many calories burned each time.0

you totally need a HRM to accurately figure out calories from things like PX90, lifting weights, or aerobic exercise...i think most ppl over estimate their calories burned...0
