So I see that some people have down how many calories burned from things like P90X. How did you find that or did you create the exercise and calories burned?? I just want to be acurate. How are you guys out there figuring it out? Help!! Thanks in advance..

So I have a question is it possible to get rid of this pooch after having kids. ugh! My husband says no. if so.... what are some good ways to get rid of it? Help, I hate it! Sorry if this is something that has been asked.

How do you choose your goal weight?
I am curious; How you chose your goal weight. When I tell people I want to loose X amount of pounds they look at me like I am crazy. Most are like why do you want to loose that much weight. My goal is a healthy weight, but does anyone have like a BMI they just want to be at or what is your story?

Good pair of shoes???
So I am new to the exercise world. I want to get a good pair of shoes. Any suggestions? I do aerobics, walk, and I kinda wanna start running, since the weather has warmed up.

Raisins?? Healthy??
So raisins are suppose to be healthy? However, when I have just a serving it takes my sugar over! So do I just need to stay away from them?

Hungry?
There are some days when I just feel hungry or maybe I am just craving something and want to snack. My question is: Is it possible on some days I am just not eating enough for what I am burning? I follow the calorie intake and everything, but I know everyone is different. Or is there something more filling I need to make…
