  • Do you know that you can also replace eggs when baking with flax? 1 tablespoon of flax and 2-3tablespoons of water replaces one egg!!!
  • Chia is great for Omega-3 but you don't get all the other benefits that flax offers... fiber, protein, antioxidants etc.
