Oh gosh, I know how hard that is, the company work for always seems to be feeding us, plus we have a soda and food vending machine as well and some days its all I can do to keep myself from buying something that I know is no good for me. I haven't caved yet, and I don't plan on it anytime soon! Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks! I honestly did not think I would reach that goal by the end of the month. I though for sure my weight loss would be slow, but I guess not. My husband has also started watching what he eats and we both walk at night with our kids, and he's lost 18lbs in the last 3 weeks or so. I'm proud of him, and even a little…

Thank You!! I cant wait! When I was 185 before I got pregnant I was unhappy, but right now, where I'm at, I'd love to be back at 185! Cant wait to get there and even lower!

Good Job!! SW:207 CW: 202 August Goal: 203 Overall: 130-150 I have already hit my August goal, I honestly didn't think I would lose as fast as I have been. So now I am hoping that I get to 198 by the end of the month.

I ate out 3 times this weekend. :s . We had a friend come into town and we met him for dinner last night (I had 1/2 a burger and all the fries), and breakfast this morning (I had an omelet with bacon, pepper jack and onion). Then for lunch we have a friend who's closing his sandwich shop and he wanted to buy us lunch…

I started at 207. This morning I weighed in at 203.8. I have been very strict with my eating (I have had 200+ call left over each day). The only exercise I have been doing is walking anywhere from 1 to 3 miles a day.

Congrats!!! I was 185 pre-pregnancy (still overweight) and was 222 the day I had my daughter 5/4/15. I am currently down to 205 (down 17lbs but still 20 from pre-baby, but started logging again only 31 days ago). My goal is to get to anywhere between 130 and 150.

Thanks everyone for sharing!! Lets keep it going!!

I totally get this. My husband is losing weight as well. Hes eating 2400 calories a day, making sure he gets in 10,000 steps and we walk 2mi at least every night and he's lost 9 lbs in the last week alone! (I'm sure some of it's "water weight") but I'm still jealous anyways because I've been eating right and exercising for…

It happens! All you can do is get back on track and take everything one day at a time, right?

I'm looking forward to see how much I have lost (as well as every one else!) by the end of this month. I have been doing really well and keeping my calories in check and not snacking late at night (that's my biggest accomplishment so far, along with stopping my soda intake) My husband is doing this with me too this time so…

I went out for my nightly walk with my husband and 2 kids ( 4 years old and 3 months old) even though I was up at 5am this morning for work and totally didn't feel like going once I got home. We did 2.11 miles! I have also been walking during my lunch breaks at work as well as my nighttime walks. Since we've started doing…

I'd like to know too. I'm down another pound and if all goes well will hopefully be down another by the first. I did post in the initial weight boars but that's no longer correct.

I am currently 208 with my highest weight at 222 the day I delivered. I have been overweight since my early teens despite…

CW: 208 GW:130-140 - I'm 5'3'' and according to the BMI charts 130lbs would put me in the "normal" weight range, while 140lbs would be the upper end of "normal". I'll decide where I want to be once I get closer to that number. August Goal: 206 Goals: •To exercise every day, whether it be by doing a workout DVD or just…

Id like to join please. Ive never done a challenge before, but I need the motivation. I have been able to keep my calories under control for all but maybe 2 or 3 days, but I haven't been doing much exercise. Just started walking during my lunch break @ work but have only been doing that for 2 days. It gets me outside for a…

I started it yesterday and am on Level 1 Day 2. I did it for about 12 days last year, but I started having issues with my feet and ankles and had to take a break.....and I never restarted.....until yesterday. I am going to start getting up before I go to work to make sure that I don't quit this time as I know if I try to…

Thanks! I figure its all related but have actually never asked. I believe that my Vitamin D is a lot better now, and I believe it may have corrected itself as well as I usually only take the vitamin d when I remember, which is maybe 1 or 2 times a month versus the 4 times a month I'm supposed to take it, but it was just…

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's 7 years ago when I was 18 years old. ( I suspect that I had this prior to my diagnosis because as a teenager I would go from sleeping anytime that I could to being a complete insomniac) What I hate the most is mostly being cold. I live in Las Vegas, and while it doesn't necessarily get…

I have to agree. I was able to get thorugh 10 days, before I had to stop because of problems with my feet, but I kept finding myself not wanting to do the DVD anymore, and I know it was because I knew exactly what was going to happen and I was getting bored. When you get bored, you get disinterested. I think I may go out…

My name is Ryann, I am 25 years old, married (3 years on October 2), I have a 2 year old daughter named Kaylynn. I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I moved to Las Vegas with my parents when I was 18, and that is when I met my now husband (then next door neighbor, so yes, I live 2 houses away from my mother) My dad…

Its is still the same amount of time. The 3-2-1- method used in three circuits. Its a little harder as you do a few of the exercises in the plank position, but if you can do lv1, you can most definatley do lv2. Good luck!

→ I don't like to be hugged unless its by my husband/child/ family member. → I DO NOT reheat food, whether it be in the oven or microwave. → I was born and raised in Alaska, and yes, I had indoor plumbing. → I hate the feeling of tape. I find its stickiness annoying, and the feeling of having the sticky tape touch and…

Here's how I've done so far: I think I look the same. I certainly don't feel the same though. My pants are fitting looser, and my T-shirts and camisoles I wear under my t-shirts are fitting better as well. My spare tire feels smaller too, but I just don't see the difference In my pictures. I am now on day 3 of Level 2. Its…
