Don't listen to that person. Focus on your final goal. Imagine how great you will feel. Also, when you do get to that goal, think about how great it will feel to show that person you did it. You can do it.

I leave them alone, unless I have a special event. I always try to plan ahead.

I'm in. Start weight is 148.6 lb. Goal to be at 136 lb.

I plan on running 3 days a week. I also do a 1 hr boot camp every Sat. Need to incorporate riding my bike at least once a week.
