Good morning everyone! I had a stressful week, with an injured cat, and those are always dangerous, because I am a stress eater. My mini goal is climbing my first 6B (5.10d in US grading) route. I'm very much a plus size climber, and hauling all that weight to the top is getting harder and harder.

Thanks, that is sweet. And good advice of course :) I climbed about once every six weeks before April, and I'm definitely getting more toned in my arms. Which is extra motivation to keep it up.

When I started yoga I really minded that I had to adapt poses to suit my body, but now I just don't really care anymore. Yoga makes me feel so good, so I don't really care if I have to take child's pose for a few breaths. When I stopped caring about what other people might think of me, it made my practice so much betterβ¦

I've been doing yoga for a few years, and just started running. So far I don't really notice any benefits on the breathing part, I'm still panting like a horse. I hope once my condition becomes better this will improve as well. I did notice a lot of benefit in stretching my sore muscles using yoga, so I can loosenβ¦

After getting injured during an earlier c25K attempt, I have started W1D1 on Tuesday! Tomorrow morning will be W1D2 for me.. I'll make sure that I'll check out the group!

I was a strict vegetarian for almost 10 years (not anymore, I switched to organic), but I think I was eating healthier before I became a vegetarian. I stopped eating my normal meat/veggies, but cooked all sort of wonderful vegetarian creations myself (with a lot of cheese.. ahum) and I have a bad case of sweet tooth. Inβ¦

Dat klinkt als goed advies :) Ik heb nu een paar "beginnersschoenen" gekocht, volgens de verkoper geschikt voor uhm "niet zulke dunnen mensen". Als ik het na een paar weken leuk blijk te vinden ga ik kijken naar een paar duurdere schoenen.
