Thanks for the suggestions, although I agree you shouldn't schedule and they should be "splurges" I am just trying to prepare myself for life events that are fixing to come up - a wedding, the holidays and so one. I know Halloween won't be a big deal, but Thanksgiving will be tough.

I have found this one to be helpful also: 1 1/2 tablespoon oat bran 1 1/2 tablespoon plain yogurt (Greek or non fat) 1 egg white dash of cinnamon dash of splenda Mix together and cook like a pancake in coconut oil or spam Love these and are great to keep hunger cravings down - also the oat bran helps with digestion
