Hey months later and I'm back, still having really bad issues, CT scans show inflammation in my small intestine and colon, colonoscopy/biopsies come back fine :/ so frustrated and just want to be diagnosed already. Still can't eat certain things without a flare up...

Hi guys, to update you, my appetite has been suppressed and I've been eating better with myfitnesspal (counting calories etc) the weight is coming off slowly but I went from 204 to 179.0 lbs (as of today) my goal is 155-160 lbs

Yeah, I've been on medication for mental health (gained 50+ lbs) So I'm down 20.5 lbs so far, got a while to go, but I'm getting there :) I guess what I feel comfortable with :)

Thanks everyone! I did talk to my doctor before, he doesn't want to change my meds atm, (I'm super sensitive to them) But I'm going to a weight loss clinic tomorrow, (it's downtown) They have support there and tons of doctors, plus it's counting calories, (and they even tell you your macro's to eat) so I'm hoping this site…

I work at McDonald's, so I'm running back and forth quite a bit (kitchen) other than that I don't exercise a lot...
