It is going pretty good for me. Last week was a slow week... I only lost .3 lbs.. but this week 2.5. Total 6.5 so far. I am pretty happy with that considering I was on vacation last week!!! I do have to get another exercise routine going, since it is way to cold to swim in the pool anymore. I was planning on trying Zumba…

Hi All, I would like to lose 25 lbs by Christmas. I have lost 17 so far and feel better already. My motivation is to look and feel better for myself and my family. I want to be around for a long time :)

Focus on the weight you lost... 56 lbs.. that is a big deal.... also, like the others said, only weight yourself once a week. Good luck :)
