I have the same problem. I'm supposed to be eating 1200 cals. Unless I allow myself a soda, I'm barely hitting 1100 on a good day and feeling too full to eat more. A lot of people have bad reactions to "sugar free" foods because of the artificial sweeteners. There's research cropping up that states that the artificial sweeteners might actually be worse for you sweeteners used in regular sodas. Even knowing this, I'm having trouble diverting myself from soda... xD
