Ok...I've been shamed into it too! I am now PUBLIC! Actually, I had a gain of 1lb this week and I'm rather gutted about it. I know I didn't do enough exercise, but thought I'd been ok with food. Anyway. Stalk me and comment if you like, and I am going to have a look at some of your public diaries!

There's an equation - something to do with calories and saturated fat. Can't quite remember, which isn't much use to you, sorry! I used to have a spreadsheet on my old laptop that worked it out.
