Thanks for that response. I may have to mess around with the C25K also, but will give the plan a go anyway. I'm hoping for an easy to follow poster/chart that i can stick up on the wall and follow rather than a folder full of exercises. Anyone got the answer?

Hello all. My aim is to lose 16lb to bring my weight down to 14 and half stone (UK/Irl) by Christmas. Want to be generally fitter, healthier and fit into 34" jeans. Need to cut out the high calorie/low energy snacking, and the laziness when it comes to exercise. Easy when its written down. Just to put it into practice now!

Thanks folks. Bit of a journey ahead of me, but adding exercise i can do at home and trying to combat snacking on the wrong foods will be my biggest things to conquer.
