Re start - more accountability
Need to kick start my mfp plan. I've been on here since July, but not getting anywhere. (my own fault). I have a period of 2 or 3 good weeks - lose a few pounds but then get sloppy, find myself overeating and not exercising and i'm back to square 1. Hoping to make myself more accountable this time.
