Re start - more accountability

Need to kick start my mfp plan.
I've been on here since July, but not getting anywhere. (my own fault).
I have a period of 2 or 3 good weeks - lose a few pounds but then get sloppy, find myself overeating and not exercising and i'm back to square 1.

Hoping to make myself more accountable this time.
I'm currently at 223lb and setting a target of 210lb for 31st Dec. Loss of 13lb over 8 weeks should be an tough but reasonable target (or even close to that),
but I would love to start the new year at the 15 stone mark for first time in over 10 years.
