The more accurate you are with putting your numbers in, the more accurate the formulas will predict what outcomes you can expect. It has been my experience that when I log consistently and accurately, I see the results. When I slack, for some reason I miss those goals...

I would recomend starting with the doctor. I have seen a few folks who have been rigorous with diet and exercise who have struggled due to thyroid issues.

I rarely eat anything, and if i have to have a snack i go with raw cucumber.

Training myself to drink coffee black was definately helpful with counting calories... makes the math/goals easier to calculate.

Banana and black coffee, ~100cal total, and is enough to keep away stomach growling.

Do you change the air filters regularly in your home? I had a few terrible jogs on my home treadmill until I realized I was 2 months behind on changing the filter. Made a huge difference to not be breathing germ/dust ridden air.
