I'm still here too! I had to take two rest days because my arms hurt so much I could hardly straighten them- think I overdid it with the weights. But I'm back and ready for day 4!

Hi, I'm late to the party too- I've just finished day 2. Today was harder for me but I pushed myself to use weights that actually felt like they were heavy enough. I've been trying to eat more protein too, but I'm veggie so for me thats stuff like greek yoghurt, eggs etc. :-) good luck with day 2!

I'm the same, my breakfast alone today has sent me almost double my sugar for today. but its all from fruit and a little from honey...
