I've only been a member for a little over 2 weeks but so far it's every day. I need the support that just actively logging in gives me ya know. Just a little extra motivation. :-)

This I quit the same day and every time I feel the need I go for a quick walk or run. If that doesn't work I have a song that I use for both the smoking and exercising/diet - the fighter by gym class heros - I crank that up and sing it very loudly.
