Ok I have been a lazy but this month and weather, and not feeling great was supporting the lazy cause... Have been eating well just not walking well I went over by 500 calories lol that what it took to get me back on track walked them off and am over my 10,000 steps goal for the day. I'm back on track... I hope to stay there!0

Better today with no rain although it sure looked like it was going to cut loose all day. Anyway 20,574 Steps for 10.23 miles.0

Going over my calories by 500 got me up and moving again lol I did 12,193 steps today. I was going through a lazy faze.0
