    But wait I have a question, does eating fruit or veggies after midnight count as snacking? & is it still unhealthy with regards to the time??

    April goals - 2nd month of this challenge

    No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
    Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
    This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

    I am joining the challenge; this is my first challenge. I have a really difficult time with late night eating so I am hoping this challenge will help kick start me in doing what is good for me.

    My goals:
    Finish eating by 9
    Finish eating by 10
    Take one day at a time

    Only my second day. Since I said I would do this, I feel like I absolutely must as I don't want to fail at it and I certainly don't want to have to confess that I broke! Five pounds by April 30.

    By the time I got home and got a salad made for dinner it was 9:15. I ate my salad and was done. I'm counting this in the Win column. It wasn't impulsed and LNS beast didn't migrate dinner into grazing!
