I do 5K training every other day and usually right after my Insanity workout so depends on how you feel. Try it and if it's too much scale back running until your stamina is stronger to complete both.

I started July 17th and I am now on day 22. The first week you will be very sore (at least I was due to being overweight) but it will pass. I felt strong after each workout and had a little pep in my step. Now I take fewer breaks and can go at a faster pace. Don't give up!!!! If you are out of shape like I was I wanted to…
