Go easy with breakfast and lunch and then go and enjoy yourself!

I have a boiled egg, 2 slices of Nimble bread with olive oil spread on both and honey one and I find this keeps me full until lunch time. I have naturally low blood sugar and since I have had the honey I have not craved chocolate or felt sick during exercise.

Now I am hopeless, :drinker: I have just logged on here for the first time in months - again. I have now frightened myself by my weight gain and I have to do this. I stopped weighing myself, absolutely fatal! So angry with myself, went clothes shopping before Christmas and was back to being almost in tears in the changing…
