ifyour using your apps on your phone..make sure you close down all open apps including fitbit and mfp and then open it and they should be synced

mfp did an update a couple of days ago and it has caused many bugs and that's one of them im pretty sure cause mine did that too. im trying to get out of a plateau so I have been changing my calories a bunch and today when I tried it always said 1200 no matter what activity level I put in

Today is my ONE year!! I started at 247.2 poinds and I have lost 74 lbs I am currently 173.2 lbs I still have 14.2 lbs to go to reach my goal but I feel fantastic :)

Just keep doing what your doing and it will happen :) the first 50 I lost came off fast then it slowed down but I kept losing, I know have 14.2 lbs to go and have been doing this for 361 days :)

im 5'7 and in highschool I was about 140 lbs, mt starting weight was 247.2 my current weight is 175.5 and I want to get down to 159 maybe 155 ish

I think no matter what you do there are gonna be weeks you don't lose. there is so many factors that contribute to weight loss not just the exercise you do. Ive lost 70 so far, getting close to my goal which is 18.5 lbs away, its taken me about 10.5 months so far

I am going through the same thing. lost 70 lbs and have 18.6 lbs left to go to my goal and its taking FOREVER!! I have no idea how many calories to eat since eating more now seems backwards to me lol. So I should set my goal to .5 lb a week and eat that amoun t of calories???
