The last bit of weight is Stubborn!

Ok, so I have lost about 74 pounds now and I know that's awesome and all but I still have 25-30 pounds before I reach my goal weight. It just really seems like the last bit of weight wants to hang on. Any advice/tips on losing the last bit? Thanks

Just keep doing what your doing and it will happen
the first 50 I lost came off fast then it slowed down but I kept losing, I know have 14.2 lbs to go and have been doing this for 361 days

I feel your pain. I have 26 to go and it is going so slow! Hang in there. I'm sure it will come off in time0

Ahh, yes. I felt like a freaking champion up until this last week. Somehow, I've managed to gain 2.5 pounds in a week, and I'm starting to get discouraged. I've been doing everything the same. I'd be ok with just not losing, but seeing the scale go up is killing me. I've still got about 15-20 lbs to go. I'm wondering if I should just keep on keepin' on, or if maybe it's time to change something.0

It's probably time to change it up a little. Even dropping 100 cal a day might help.0 -
Thanks.
My goal is 1480, but I usually try to stay around 1300. If I drop too much more I'll be cutting it close at 1200. I usually don't eat all of my calories back after a workout, so my net calories tend to be around 1000 on those days. But, lately, I have been allowing myself an extra snack after a workout because I was told I'm SUPPOSED to eat those calories back, or risk sabotaging myself. (So I guess I haven't been doing everything the same. I think I just solved my own problem. Lol.) I guess I'm just confused how all that's supposed to work. Maybe the proof is in the pudding and I should go back to what I was doing before. Maybe start a new exercise routine while I'm at it.0
