I'm on Day 27. I stick mainly to Anita's beginners moves and use either soup tins (400g) or 1kg weights, but have still lost 12lbs and 9cm from around my waist :-) I try and do five days of 30DS followed by a rest day and have managed to stay on target with the 1200 calorie goal (well, most days, some have been over)...…

I finished level one this morning! Slightly scared about starting level 2, but the difference between day 1 and day 10 is amazing. I already feel much healthier, I've lost 5lb and 2cm around my waist and hips :-) Hope everyone else is sticking with it...

I started on Monday 4th, and boy am I sore! I completed the 30DS a few years ago and lost 6cm from my tummy (although it's all back now!) so know that I just have to stick with it.
