Just started the 30 Day Shred tonight. Quite proud of myself. I know it's only 20 minutes but I really feel like I achieved something, you know? I started once before & gave up after 3 days because I got bored of it but really want to stick with it this time.
What sort of results have other people had from using it?

It is easy to get bored I've done it before and it worked! I probably loss more inches than weights but that's ok and I know I lost actual body fat. I do a fun cardio DVD after 30 DS that makes it more fun.0

I'm considering starting it again. I got through half of level 2 last time and got derailed. I was definitely seeing results with it though. And it is much tougher than you would think. You should feel proud!0

I'm on Day 6, can't say that I can see any difference but it's still early days and I'm finding the routine a little bit easier than it was on Day 1 which I'm calling progress! Good luck with your restart, I've found that if I search for 30 Day Shred results in Google images there are lots of photos that me motivate to continue :-)0

Definitely stick with it! I am currently on Day 5 of Level 2 and am already noticing changes in my body. Level 1 does get a little boring after a while, but Level 2 kicks your *kitten* every single workout! After the workout is done I've also been doing 15 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical to cool down and get some extra exercise in. I've lost 7 pounds so far from a combination of this and a healthy diet in addition to muscle tone. Best of luck- you'll do GREAT!0

Please have a look here:

This is what has convinced me to try it and now I am addicted to exercising and Jillian Michaels' workouts! I have lost body fat and I am really pleased with the results.
Don't forget to take measurements! They will keep you motivated next week!
Have fun!0 -
The first time I completed it, I lost two inches each off my hips and waist, around an inch off each thigh, and 1/2 inch each off my arms. Funnily enough I lost the first 1.5 inches off my waist after the first week, then slowly lost that last 1/2 over the remaining three weeks. Not a single pound lost but I'm happy with the inches gone.
The second time I (almost) finished it (life got in the way), I didn't lose any pounds or inches, though.0
