as funny as it may sound, drink more water and reduce your sodium intake....it works...trust me!!!

Portions are a big prob for me as well, definitely try eating foods with more fiber....will help make you feel full for a longer period of time, hope this helps :)

I have it, it really is an nice quick workout, I would definitely mix it up with something else though :)

I definitely think you should try to eat all your calories, depending on your specific calorie intake, if your eating less than 1200 calories for the day, your body may be going into starvation mode which definitely decreases your weight loss, you body may be trying to hold on to that stubborn fat. Good luck and eat up…
