when i started (at 248 lbs) "that weight" was 215. I knew I was going in the right direction. now that i've passed that it's 199. it's been a big struggle to get into onederland the past few months and i am ready to see it already!!!

kelli's better booty work out today, I need to check my form on my dead lifts next time. they felt okay when I was doing them but my back is killing me right now :(

upper body strength today :) I was really excited to use my new adjustable dumb bells (even if i didn't put "a lot" of weight on them). my shoulders are already feelin' it :) butt is still sore from yesterday so it was nice to have the deep glute stretch in the cool down.

just purchased this round yesterday and today was Kelli's sweatfest workout, holy crap. halfway through a started wondering if i should have gone with the low impact version but I stuck it out and I'm glad I did!

those are awesome goals! Zip lining is so much fun! I took my mom for her 45th bday a couple years ago and she loved it! we were also both completely terrified but she said it was the best birthday present ever. and congrats on your daughters wedding! how exciting!!

very realistic goals, I like the way you think about it. While I think it would be awesome to get down to a healthy bmi by my daughters bday in NOV I think i'm going to give myself to the end of the year.

lol yeah so far I just use pictures I look up on line and balance it between the online calculators and that but I think it would be really nice to get a definite number

before I have seen pretty consistent results with starting at 20 min of exercise a day and adding 5 min each week until I get to an hour and then changing up my routine every couple of days. Maybe I'll just stick to the goals I have so far and set new goals in the middle of the year

this is what I had to do, I thought my lifestyle was pretty sedentary so I tried that for a month but wasn't losing as much as I was expecting so I changed it to lightly active and now the lbs are melting off :) it can be trial and error for the first bit.
