Activity level?

I'm trying to figure out my activity level on myfitnesspal and the options are sedentary, lightly active, active, and very active.

I'm in school for 7 hours a day mon-fri. I sleep about 7 hours a day also. Every day 6 days a week I go to cross country where I run about 4-6 miles at about an 8:00 - 8:30 pace. We also do abs 3x a week. On Mondays I have dance after cross country for 2 and a half hours.

the way mfp is set up it doesn't really matter. you eat your exercise cals back so the diff in activity levels is like 150 cals per level or so. just pick one and see how it goes for a few weeks, adjust as needed

this is what I had to do, I thought my lifestyle was pretty sedentary so I tried that for a month but wasn't losing as much as I was expecting so I changed it to lightly active and now the lbs are melting off :) it can be trial and error for the first bit.

    Oh Hi there!

I would set it to active and monitor results and adjust according to those results.

I would start a third topic at this point, and pick your course of action based on the "best two out of three" principle.
