The sodium causes you to retain the water. I have had bad water retention since having my child three years ago and my perscription for it just ran out and I have to wait til the 5th of May til I see my new doctor to fill the script. I defintely know how you feel!

I was super excited when I got mine. I watched these people go through it for a week before it was my turn. I felt a lot more confident when I worked out, knowing I was doing it right, no matter how stupid I looked to other people. I actually noticed a lot of people using thing wrong and would help them out. Do sweat it! =P

I have had this issue my whole life. With the new life style I started taking Woman's one a days. Since I've been taking them I go regularly. If I forget to take them one day I notice right away because I wont go for that day. I cut it in half to get the vitamins for the full 24 hours, too.

I'm the same way! I started keeping zero calorie powerade around and cold. That way it gives me the sweetness with out the calories and at the same time it's hydrating me and filling me up.
