because i was getting no salt at all! before i started adding things to my food my sodium was at like 100-200mg a day and i was told i need more salt.

I allready eat cheese and peanut butter and egg's (to many haha) can i just have 30g extra of fat from peanut butter? like just eat it from the jar lol
