Loved this article also!!! =)

Personally, I don't think your body needs 24 days to cleanse itself. That seems a little extreme. I know a few people who have tried it and gave up because its a lot of work!! Pills drinks shakes, pills drinks shakes......... over and over and over. Some of my friends quit after the first week because it exhausted them…

I agree. Heart rate monitor is the best way to go. I also have a Polar. Mine is the FT60
-
Lift first. Then cardio.

WOW. I am running my first marathon this December and my goal is to finish in less than 5 hours! LOL! I could never even dream of finishing in 3 and a half hours!! Hahaha
-
Thank you very much!! The difference in the pictures from summer 2010 to my P90X before pictures taken in April 2011 was from Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It helped me a little bit but it only took me so far. As you can see..... LOL
-
If you go to my website (www.wildaboutfitness.net), over on the right side of the page you will see P90X, you can click on "Learn more" and it will tell you all about it! Basically its a 90 day program that kicks your butt in to shape! LOL! Its tough but totally worth it!

I just followed the schedule for the P90X Classic. Some women choose to do the lean schedule which is fine too! I just wanted to do classic bc I'm not scared of some muscle! ;) And I REALLY wanted to be able to do a pull up! Hahaha! And thank you for the compliment!
-
Do the full DVD sets also come with the free gifts and the money back guarantee?
-
CLX is more geared towards women, but men don't get me wrong! Yall can do it too!! It is not quite as intense as P90X, but the results are astonishing, much like those of P90X. (if you stick with it of course). It combines resistance or weight training and cardio training for some serious fat burning!
-
AMAZING workout. Comparable to P90X which is what I just completed! Do you have it? Or considering buying it?
-
Thank you! And no, I did not do the P90X diet plan... :-\ I just tried to eat clean and keep my ratio at 40/40/20
-
Polar is the BEST. I have the FT60!
-
Aww you will do great! Good luck and don't give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
If y'all want to see all of them, go to www.facebook.com/WildAboutFitness and you will see them all there! =)
-
Congratulations to you, you look AWESOME!!!! Are you going to try P90X2 when it comes out??
-
That's what I did before P90X also =) Love JM
-
WOO HOO!! Congrats!! =)
-
Thanks so much!!! :*) And YES, I am super excited about it!!!!!!!
-
It DEFINITELY works!! I see you got great results as well!! ;) Congrats to you!
-
Thank you so much EVERYONE for all of your kind words!!!! It means so much to me! I never thought I'd be the one receiving the congratulations.... It feels great!!!
-
You have done amazing!! Congratulations to you! You are so beautiful!
-
Yes I lost about 16 lbs doing P90X and over 12 inches! Sure you can do it!!!!!! Modify the moves to fit your level of capability and as you progress you will be surprised at what you are capable of!!
-
It IS too expensive for a trainer!!!! Tony Horton is a fantastic trainer and you will never plateau with P90X! There are people that do multiple rounds and get results every time they do it! Send me a message if you want to know more about buying P90X....
-
Thank you!! I was doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred =) I didn't complete the 30 days though...... I couldn't lift much either when I started P90X and I had to modify the moves, but as I progressed I had to modify less and less because I pushed myself. And I'm glad I did!!
-
I have the select tech kind where you can pick your weight but I use anywhere up to like 25 lbs I think. I don't think I've ever used 30 for anything....... I'm not scared of lifting heavier weights! I make the last 3 reps challenging for myself.
-
Thank you =) Yes I sure did! I did full on pull ups, lol. I used the chair to modify them but gradually I relied less and less on it. I can now do TWO whole pull ups (the reverse grip kind) un-assisted! Hehe! I also did push ups on my toes (as many as I could then I went to my knees to get even more) AND I used heavy…

Upload your pics to a site like Photobucket, then use the "IMG" code for the pic you want. Copy and paste it into here, but when you do, make the "IMG" into "img". I hope that makes sense... If not, search in the forums for it. There are tons of posts on how to do it!
