I am 5'6. 28 years old. I had a baby in July. I'm currently 161 trying to get to 135. My face and body were so incredibly puffy after I had Flynn that I just didn't want any photos taken of me. wow...thanks for the response guys! I plan to go to walmart tomorrow to see if anything is stocked up again. Last time I went a few days ago. There was hardly any meat. No fresh fruits or veggies and the entire freezer dept was wiped out! According to what you said, Skylark, I feel better about going over on my proteins…

haha! I know, it gets funny sometimes. No medical reason. I just read that too much protein can hurt your liver. I have about 65g of protein and I get up to at least 75g. Maybe I'm overthinking it? I guess I'm more worried about giving my baby something thru the bf-ing.

I wish I could eat more of that, as I'm from New Orleans, the grocery stores pretty much only have boxed and canned foods right now :grumble: Do you think canned fruit would make a difference right now?

Really? that much in a day if you're exercising that intensely? I do about 20 minutes of exercising as I'm still nursing and the baby doesn't really allow for long periods of time in exercising.

Yes, I understood that. I also read up online how much protein I should have in a day and had already adjusted for that. Therein lies my problem. I'm getting too much on top of what I'm already giving myself for the day.

Yeah, I really like how it says "May" reduce the "risk" of heart disease...how? Stupid people. I"m sure that was targeted for the people who actually HAVE heart disease that shouldn't touching that stuff with a 10 foot pole!

I LOVED/hated doing the 30ds. I made it to the very beginning of the 3rd level before going to Jamaica with my love and just never finished. I hate TOM! I can gain about 3-5 lbs but it goes away. I bloat but take pamprin for that, it makes the bloatedness stay away. I think all women except the perky ones feel like crap when Tom comes visiting with Aunt Flo ::laughs::
