Here I am! 5' 7" and 173. Wanting to lose 30 pounds. I had my second baby back in July and it's just time to get it all off once and for all.

How is breastfeeding going in relation to your diet and excercise? I'm about to start on both and I am a little nervous about my supply dipping too much. I have a 5.5m LO. SW was 199 from delivery. CW is 170 and wanting to get to 135/140. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Brindy0!

Michelle, I had a myomectomy as well! They had to cut all the way up to get to the top of my uterus. After THAT surgery, a c section was seriously a breeze. haha. All the rules about exercising definitely applies. Take it easy and don't push too hard.

I loved reading your story! How embarrassing to be mistaken for being pregnant twice, that would motivate me to do something with myself as we'll. congratulations on meeting your first goal! I know you can meet your next goal. Just keep your eyes on the prize!

I remember the first time I did 30ds...soooo sooooore! But by day 3 or 4 I was rockin' it like a rockstar! Just be sure to stretch real good before and after since she doesn't really give enough time for that. I'm trying to eat clean as well. I have omelet muffins in the oven as I type! My weaknesses is sugar. Period. haha.

I feel like probably the Ripped would be better for you to start with. Level 1 of Ripped is definitely easier than L1 on Shred. Maybe alternate. 1 week of Ripped then 1 week of shred. That way you have the "easy" levels for 2 weeks. You can do it! If you spend 30 minutes surfing the net, just spend that 30 minutes doing…

Congrats on finishing your MBA! My husband wants to TTC #2 as well after we get back from our big trip. Did you do ripped last night? If you did, how was it compared to 30ds? I know 30ds was hard to begin but it got easier until you hit the next level. Don't give up on ripped! You can do it!
