Shin splints not from running but from exercise
How do I work with shin splints occurring when I work out? I did take it slow and it seems to not bother me as much but I want to be sure I don't cause lasting damage to my legs. Thanks for any info you have! I'm 5'7 165 lbs.

Who else goes to Anytime Fitness and what's your routine? Generally, I try to walk at 3.5 mph for up to an hour for my cardio. I can't run for too long and I hate running and working out so I guess walking quickly is better than nothing? What do you guys do??

Carbs in beginning or end of meal?
This is probably a dumb question but i wanted to know if it's better to eat your carbs at the beginning of the meal or at the end? Right now i just eat in any order because it's all goin to the same place. Right?

if you exercise...
If you exercise and put in the time/what you did on the exercise tab. I noticed It gives you more calories to eat on the food chart. I want to lose weight (duh). If you eat the extra calories won't it be harder to lose weight? or should I just stick to my 1200 a day and pay no mind to the extra calories??
