Sleeping NSV

Sleeping NSV? What a weird one! Okay so, before I got pregnant and had my son by c-section last July. I was a stomach sleeper, then I got pregnant and that went out the window. All you ladies who get pregnant know how your back hurts, how muscles get pulled out of whack and how a c-section with a "6-week" recovery weakens muscles even further. Every time i woke up on my tummy, my back was literally stuck and it hurt so bad to roll onto my back or even to pick up my 10 month old out of his bed. So with just 2 weeks of insanity, I've slept on my tummy twice and had NO back pain (hello pretty muscles!) AND I can pick up my son up out of his crib with NO back pain. I was initially worried that insanity would cause MORE back pain but that's not so, I'm finding muscles are being built and muscles provide support. So if you used to be a tummy sleeper and miss it because of back pain, maybe try Insanity! *but talk to your doc first!*

Just so you know I'm 29 years old, 5'6" 165 lbs and going down. My ultimate goal weight is 130-135.
