How to make Cauliflower Rice?

I tried the searchbar but I couldn't find what I was looking for. :grumble: Some people said to use the food processor or the grater but I don't understand how to cook it. Can you tell me your way of making this?
I'm dying for some "rice" and gravy  and would appreciate being able to stick to my plan.
Thanks!

Hiya!
I regularly make cauli-rice (or mashed fauxtato).
Steam your cauliflower for Rice, and then pop it into the food processor. Pulse a few times until you get the consistency you want.
Boil it for fauxtato - put hot cauli into blender w/butter & sourcream- blend until smooth. enjoy.
I hope that helps!

The only thing I would add to DahnaLane's instructions is to steam it or boil it until it is really done if you are using a so so blender. The first time I made it my cauliflower wasnt' soft enough and my cheap blender had problems blending it. It is wonderful though!0
