I was wondering if it's better to have all the carby foods in the morning or at lunch with something healthy too i'm sure. and have most of the proteins in the afternoon/night? for example:
this morning I had my daily mini wheats with 2% milk.
for lunch I went to McAllister's and had a cup of veggie soup and a half a baked potato with chicken and tomatoes (yum!)
and for dinner I was going to have my usual 2 eggs made whatever way and some tuna.
and waterwaterwater ofc!
is that okay? opinions are waaaanteeeed. Thanks!

You need protein at every meal, it's not a meal IMO unless it has carbs/protein/fat. Carbs are more important in the first half of the day however, and protein is more important in the latter half, unless your hectic schedule doesn't begin until the evening.0
