1.) A friend died of covid when he was only 39. It made us all think about under-lining health issues. 2.) A bad dr. report showing I had some major health issues (which I have taken care of now)

Same. We can be alone together ;)

Yes, please. In 30's, need some motivation to keep on the right track.

It's all about calorie reduction for me. I do use some Keto products and recipes because I find them to be satiating for their calorie counts.

Beets, Quest Bars, cauliflower

Great job! You had that big of a change since October? That's quite inspiring.
-
You look amazing. Thanks for posting this and your open diary, it's very inspirational.
-
Thank you for sharing, that's an amazing result.
-
That's a pretty noticeable difference. Looking good (not that you didn't before).
-
Way to stick with it! Be proud of what you've done.
-
Agreed: you never looked yucky. But *now*.. you look stunning. Great example and inspiration.
-
Awesome! It takes some work to fit in 97 protein without going over on calories. And yeah, those are three of my basics too.
-
Thanks for sharing! "STFU scale" was exactly what I wanted to hear recently. I only hope my lifting will be as successful as yours.
-
Impressive! These kind of results are great motivation for my own lifting.
-
That's... like a normal weight even using the BMI's calculator.
-
Wow you look good/hawt! Thanks for sharing. It's really inspiring for my own lifting. It also shows that the scale isn't everything, seeing as there's only a 5 pound difference between the two pics.

*shrugs* Guess this was tmi for some folks. Good luck. Sounds like great motivation. 2.2 pounds a week... 20 pounds in 9 weeks.. that's a going to take some serious commitment, but I've pulled similar numbers and have seen others pull similar numbers. Best of luck.

"Glowing" is a good word. Go you, you look great.
-
You look great. :) It's great that you're having fun doing it.
-
WOW! You look amazing! Thank you so much for sharing.
-
Very inspirational! Thanks for sharing.

You look amazing! Love that bit at the end, it's so true.

In at least some form, yes. Maybe not every day.

Some people like to eat the foods they want in small portions. I prefer eating lower calorie foods in the portions I want. Being able to eat practically anytime is more freeing to me then eating cheeseburgers. It's your choice: reasonable portions of high calorie foods. Or high portions of low calorie foods.

First 60 pounds took about 90 days. 0.666 The next 57 pounds took closer to 210 days. 0.27 I didn't work as hard at first (when I was getting better results). 'Morbidly obese' weight was just easier to lose than 'overweight' weight.

Congrats! I know the feeling (with pants instead of bras). It's like first world problems.
