Eating only 2 big meals since I knew I was eating out on the road

Breakfast: 3 egg greek scramble, pesto, feta, olives, 1 piece of toast, assorted fruit Snack: chili lime dried mango slices Diner: 2 crab cakes, rice pilaf, green beans, bell pepper sauce. (When Im traveling I try to have 2 larger meals)

Crab cakes. Was able to have a slight caloric deficit while enjoying these! So it was a little bit of a 'zag' day

Good luck. I agree with the people above, don't push yourself too hard the changes will come if you keep at it. It won't be sustainable if you push yourself too hard

MFP counts calories, WW counts points which is (calories plus consideration for things like fiber? I think). Some people find it hard to count all calories accurately. Some people find WW counting isn't quite accurate and don't want to spend the money. Try it and see what works for you.

Having more energy to work out more and less irritation. Getting out of the 200's. Get in better shape by a friend's wedding in October (the last time people saw me I was over a hundred pounds heavier).

It has actually grown on me now. You just use the dressing for the consistency rather than taste. I get the taste from the toppings like goat cheese, nut and/or berries (which is the part I like the best anyways) and Walden's gives the consistency without adding calories.
