i'm not going to weigh in today because tom has decided to visit.. but... i think i did pretty good this week and last week i've been staying under my cals and running/doing the c25k every other day.. good job everyone!

OH MY GOSH... i just realized that I have exactly one month until I move to California to go to college! and i am sooo not at the weight I want to be at.. I really just want to be comfortable with myself.. I'm a little frustrated

I did day one yesterday! It really wasn't too bad.. I had to catch my breath a couple times but it was definitely do-able! I started out with my doggy but he wouldn't jog one more step about half way through haha..

Well.. I'm nervous for the weigh in tomorrow! this weekend was graduation and then my entire class went on an ALL NIGHT grad night cruise.. so I haven't worked out enough this week! And I have been to a couple graduation parties with lots of food.. eeeek I hope you are all doing well! Happy fathers day :)
