Hey everyone today has been a long day I am down 60min of the 180 I went to Zumba class and loved every minute finally I am back in the gym I am so excited I really needed to be back around other people the at home videos are great but I think I need a mix again I was totally depended on them for the last 3mnths and I use to be a gym rat. I am so happy to be back in the gym now. It is time to chip away at these last unwanted lbs!!:happy:
On a bad note I was over 592 in sodium Yikes:noway: Can we say H20 all through the night to flush my system!!
Also I took my daughter's guinea pig "Spike" to the vet he didn't makeit back home:sad: it's been really tough today for her so I have been trying to cheer her up all day!!
Looking foward to making the rest of the week exciting and fun and not over doing the weekend even though it's the 4th I think I have celebrated enough the last 2 weekends and my goal for July is to enjoy every weekend without over doing it with food!!0 -

i know we all have stressful days or days we just don't feel up to working out. how about so go and take time out for you,1. by just put on your favorite walking shoes, your favorite tunes on your ipod or mp3 and go out for a walk. if that includes maybe going to your nearest park or going around a few blocks. that way you can enjoy the sun and the air. but do it when you have time and it's not so hot. 2. plus drink plenty of water or flavored water if you don like plain water. just enjoy taking out for you and relax.

Half way through another week. How is everyone doing? Push mowed the yard today and did L2D8 of the 30 DS. I took some measurements tonight and I've lost a total of 7.75" in just 3.5 weeks! Jillian definitely knows what she's talking about.
The kids and I will be roadtripping it to SC this weekend and we won't be back until the end of next week. Hoping to check-in daily from my husband's laptop. I won't have a scale for Monday's weigh-in, so I may just have to go with whatever my weight is on Saturday morning.

thanks for the vote of confidence..hopped on early this week and i was down again but i will wait until next monday to report after i weigh officially on saturday...hoping to get past were i was 2 weeks ago before last weeks gain...
on the shred DVD...i'm very excited to see you had such amazing inches lost in less than a month...puts a fire under my butt to get my dvd out and "add" it to my daily activity....i can spare 30 minutes in addition to whatever else i have planned....thanks for that....im even putting it in my suitcase for my trip next week to maine with the family....0 -

My way too saying good bye to all of the excuses and self sabotaging......I rewarded myself with a hair cut these last pass 6mnths have been rough but I am over that it's time to make these next 6 all about improving and getting better!! I promise to stop looking at all the negative factors in my life and start building on the positive ones no matter how big or small they may be!!0

I'm just coming in here to stay accountable over the weekend and not over do it I did great yesterday I didn't track my food but it was a good day breakfast was kind of high but I curved the rest of the day to fit!! I actually haven't logged food or exercise for the last 3 days so I am going to be back on track with that today

Awesome job Sunshine and I can't wait to hear about your success that is so motivational to know that you got the water weight off then some as I am finishing my TOM and that's the reason I saw no change on July 1st atleast I am hoping that was the reason!!:laugh:

Good morning everyone,
I must say this last past weekend was a lot better for me than the 2 before it I will settle for 2 good out of 3 yesterday wasn't so bad eating wise it was more do to the fact that I had a few drinks!!
So as for weight I am up 2lbs this week looking foward to getting those off plus more next week!!
On a good note I was down on inches and I am actually feeling a little bloated from TOM plus I tried on my size 8 jean skirt and was able to wear it!!!:bigsmile:0 -

Just wanted to poke my head in and tell everyone what a great job you're all doing!
I'm "vacationing" in SC this week at our new home where my husband has been living for the last 2 months. No calorie counting, no H2O oz counting, and no 30 DS, but I've been doing a lot of mountain walking and not over-indulging in junkie food (but I haven't been eating enough, either!).
See you all on Friday when I get back to Illinois. I'll be back on track in no time. Especially since I bought a dress out here and I'm down a size. Woot!0 -

Yeah.. I love that DVD! I always burn mega-calories with it. But it's stuck in my broken dvd player right now.. I can't pry it out. I guess I'll have to just bust it open. LOL0 -
I am really enoying being back in the gym finally feeling less stressed and depressed not letting life boggle me down right now and it feels great!!!!
Yesterday I did 1hr zumba and day 2 30 day shred
Today I am going to do 1hr boot camp and 30mins ab plus day 3 of the shred!!

my plans today is clean house, finish mowing the grass with the push mower, plus do hip hop abs-total body burn,zumba-cardio party, and then brazil butt lift-high in thight. plus take our little dog for short walks.0
