    Good morning everyone,

    Welcome bstilland

    I'm just coming in here to stay accountable over the weekend and not over do it I did great yesterday I didn't track my food but it was a good day breakfast was kind of high but I curved the rest of the day to fit!! I actually haven't logged food or exercise for the last 3 days so I am going to be back on track with that today

    By the way, I stepped on the scale this morning (since TOM is gone) and I can't wait to report on Monday. I"ve lost all of my water weight and then some :bigsmile:

    Awesome job Sunshine and I can't wait to hear about your success that is so motivational to know that you got the water weight off then some as I am finishing my TOM and that's the reason I saw no change on July 1st atleast I am hoping that was the reason!!:laugh:

    Keep up the great work girlie "Nothing taste as good as being fit feels!!!!" I will definitely be getting in my water this weekend trying to stay on a good path with food as well thanks for the weekend pick me up!!

    I must say this last past weekend was a lot better for me than the 2 before it I will settle for 2 good out of 3 yesterday wasn't so bad eating wise it was more do to the fact that I had a few drinks!!

    So as for weight I am up 2lbs this week looking foward to getting those off plus more next week!!

    On a good note I was down on inches and I am actually feeling a little bloated from TOM plus I tried on my size 8 jean skirt and was able to wear it!!!:bigsmile:

    Good for you!!! :happy: TOM is sticking around for a few more days here and I'm up 1 lb :grumble: Hopefully by next week I'll see a loss.:tongue:

    Just wanted to poke my head in and tell everyone what a great job you're all doing!

    I'm "vacationing" in SC this week at our new home where my husband has been living for the last 2 months. No calorie counting, no H2O oz counting, and no 30 DS, but I've been doing a lot of mountain walking and not over-indulging in junkie food (but I haven't been eating enough, either!).

    See you all on Friday when I get back to Illinois. I'll be back on track in no time. Especially since I bought a dress out here and I'm down a size. Woot!

    I would love to. I would like to actually be at 20 lbs. My first day today! Just need some motivation. Going to Maui in September and I would love to be bikini ready. Thanks for the support

    The crazy thing for me was during TOM I wasn't bloated once it was over I was bloated are you serious I hope next week we flush this away and then some!! Have a great week!!

    I am so motivated to do better this week.. Yesterday I started the biggest loser cardio max dvd Week 1.. and oh my gosh I am sooo unbelievably pathetically sore today! Have any of you completed the dvd before?

    Yeah.. I love that DVD! I always burn mega-calories with it. But it's stuck in my broken dvd player right now.. I can't pry it out. I guess I'll have to just bust it open. LOL

    I am really enoying being back in the gym finally feeling less stressed and depressed not letting life boggle me down right now and it feels great!!!!

    Yesterday I did 1hr zumba and day 2 30 day shred

    Today I am going to do 1hr boot camp and 30mins ab plus day 3 of the shred!!

    Have a great hump day Wed. everyone! (It's getting quiet in here)

    my plans today is clean house, finish mowing the grass with the push mower, plus do hip hop abs-total body burn,zumba-cardio party, and then brazil butt lift-high in thight. plus take our little dog for short walks.

    hey every1. i've been MIA for a while & just wanted 2 say hiya. i was sick as a dog last wk :sick: (strep-ish??? wasn't strep but had all the symptoms & the dr even checked the coulture... w/e...) & still just recoverin. hopefully i'll b fully recovered by next wk & back doin exercisin. WHOOHOO! lol. :tongue:
