sunday was my rest day, but with the look of the scale this morning i should have workout. we went to ryan's for breakfast and then i fixed a big dinner. it's all my fault for not working out. so hopefully next week would be better.
starting:226lbs.
labor day:168.8lbs.
this:170.4lbs.

Way to go everyone I see we are off to a great start 11 weeks to go I will be back after work and calculate everyone's percentage still have a few to add there weights!!
I am down .6 this week I'll take it this week has been off so back to the grind this morning starting a new workout routine!! I will fill you all in later....

I accept the H20 challenge and I am looking foward to a great week for all of us let's hit it hard this week!! I have made a challenge for myself to not stop my hybrid program no matter what if I miss a day pick right back up and get it done no excuses no letting my financial issues or anything else take me off course that is my goal so my 13 week program starts today wish me luck it is Insanity mixed w/ P90X have not been able to complete Insanity alone hopefully this will spice things up and I complete them both!!:happy:0 -
Got my extra 16oz of H2O in today. Shredded L2D3 of the 30 DS and walked in our very hilly neighborhood with the 2 dogs and kids for 25 mins this morning. Bought JMs' Yoga Meltdown today too. I was planning on starting it tonight, but I have a migraine that is progressively getting worse. Glad I got my other workouts in this morning.0

Got in the extra H20 calories were really low today and I didn't even log my workout I will get more calories in tomm!!0

before i started mfp. i was at 226lbs. so when i started mfp. i was 185.6lbs. but when i started 30 by labor day i was 168.8 when i started this challenge. today is 170.4lbs.

Thanks Porterbaby sorry about the confusion.. H_R_Wilson we all have those kind of days or weeks I have been on a emotional roller coaster since March and have been in the 160's all that time as well because of it!! This week is a new week and I hope things are better for you let's work hard together and make it count!!!:flowerforyou:
I sent a little friendly reminder to the rest of the group so we can get there weights and get started on a challenge for the week to help keep us moving!!
I love the water challenge especially with this summer heat so maybe that can continue to be the challenge for food the remainder of the week and we just need to add an exercise one what do you all think?0 -

Sometimes on the weekends I only log calories from my IPhone app, so I don't get to go on the boards :sad:

OKay.. here it is: My challenge for all of you is to take a walk or do some stretching (or any other unwinding exercise) at the end of the day in addition to your regular workouts. And while you're doing that, focus on how you did for the day and what you're going to do to be sucessful the next day.0
