I'm going to see if i can get the under water test done. I wasn't eating much protein during the 1st few weeks but now i am eating a lot more protein :-)

Hey, Yeah it was the same person who did it, and it was done with bf scales. My trainer said that the drop in 'weight' came from muscle mass. Soo confusing...

I know right, i was soo shocked by that. He told me to eat 2500 calories everyday, burn 500 through exercise and then i should be able to lose 2-3lbs :-/

I weigh 216lbs and have stayed the same for 3months 2weeks ..

I need to work on hitting my net calorie intake because as you can see its really bad. Yeah planning my meals and snacks would allow me to keep on track and leave minimal room for error and it would also be a lot less stressful =) x

I am drinking close to 3 ltrs a day, so water wise i'm doing well :) unfortunately my problem is getting the correct amount food in. I'm going to start eating my exercise calories even though it feels kind of odd and counter productive lol i don't want to go into starvation mode =) x

Yeah i am going to try and eat more protein with each meal especially breakfast, i need to identify good sources of protein that i can have each morning. The reason i snack a lot is because i don't know what 'real meals' to eat, i snack as a way of getting my calories (which is wrong i know). Thanks for the reply and also…

Yeah i'm going to start logging everything i eat and also log my exercise and then see how it goes. Calorie counting is hard enough without guessing everything lol. I'm going to make full use of this wonderful website and the message boards, especially the recipes and food ideas because that is wher i struggle most.…

Yeahh i have opened my food diary not that its much help, i have only just started using it properly as of today. I am a student and struggle with what to eat and how to make it. My problem is that i either eat too much or eat too little, plus i'm not very creative with making my meals which makes everything boring. Thanks…
