I've noticed that when you complete your diet entries at the end of the day it tells you the weight you could be in 5 weeks. If I eat my 1200 calories but not my exercise calories then I notice it says I could lose much more weight then if I do eat them. You definitely need a new doctor! No doctor should be unhappy with an average of 5lbs a week, and they definitely should not be telling you to do the hcg diet! It's rediculous! Be happy with what you're doing, and definitely get a new doctor! You're doing great!!!!!

I'm in! My husband is in the Army and we're going on leave April 15th to go home and visit our family! I just had a baby so it would be nice to lose about 15lbs so that when I go home I atleast look visibly diffirent and can say I've lost a good amount! :)

First I will say that you really do need to eat the more calories to maintain your body wiehgt (which I'm sure you already know)! Eating 1200 calories was creating a deficit to help you lose weight, so eating 1800 calories means adding those calroies back and is what is required to maintain that body weight. Now, my advice…
