Great job getting to your goal weight. Now you just need to work on your muscles. Add in some heavy lifting. It will really help you out in the thigh area and abs. Also great for the bottom.

I also just got done with Legs and back and of coarse ab ripper. My booty is going to be SORE tomorrow! Call me crazy but I love ab ripper X and love that we do it 3 times a week. I think I need to get a heavier band, I am not feeling those enough. I really want to work up to be able to do pull ups.

I might have to go there. I checked out the web site and I can get a chicken bowl for 390 calories and 9g fat. Nice! Just have to say no to the cheese.

No I dont eat less than 21g I am suppose to eat 33g, but I do go a little over on a good day. If I eat out I blow the whole day.

I have never been, but yours has more fat than I can have all day! I think there is no way to stay low fat and go out to eat. :( Boo

I would start off with higher calories than lower down as needed, going to low to begin with could be bad. However 1500 + eating your calories back might be right. Do you have a HRM or know how many calories you burn running?

Me too, Friday, Sat, Sun. I am out of control, back on track Monday. Makes for a lot of beating myself up.

I havent even tried it yet. I get one chance a day to workout, that is when my son is napping. Since I had a high calorie day today I used his nap to do cardio. I want to do some yoga when the kids go to bed, but I cant be spending that much time on it. I bet my body would love it, but I need to get stuff done. :ohwell:

I would never skip any of the other dvd's. Either the strength or cardio and I always give 100%. I don't know why I have a block against yoga. Maybe it is because I wont be able to do a lot of what they do and I don't do well with not keeping up. It makes me want to just stop doing it. Maybe I will just do JM yoga meltdown…

I know I need the yoga, I just have something against it. I dont know how I am going to get though it today. I think I might just run this afternoon and do yoga after dinner.

Day 3 and I am still going strong, sore, very sore, but strong. I really enjoyed Plyo. I was able to keep up pretty well. Today was good too, arms and shoulders. I can feel it. For me before I lost weight, I never thought about what I ate. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever. I would eat fast food everyday. Now I think about food to the point of obsession. It's all I think about. I have to pre-log to get my foods rights then I can relax a little. However I am in the best shape of my life in my 30's…

Thanks! I did Insanity, then ChaLean extreme, so I am pretty use to working out hard. I was the most intimidated my P90x, but I am glad I started. I hope I am not too sore tomorrow.

I did my first day today and I LOVED it. I know with starting a new routine you can put on a few pounds of water weight in the beginning. I will keep that in mind and try not to worry about it. I just had a nice picnic. I brought lettuce wrapped spring rolls, and bunch of veggies and fruit, some string cheese and hummus.

Mine is hummus. Some are just 35 calories for 2 tbsp. I eat it with celery for a low calorie snack. For dessert I do 1/2 cup cottage cheese with berries and a tiny bit of honey.

I like ab ripper X. I think the yoga will be the worse for me too. I have some sort of mental block on liking it. I try, I really do, but it is just not for me.

I plan on starting next Monday. I am very excited and hope to see some results. I will probably just eat back my exercise calories. I dont burn a lot of calories so 600 would be way to many for me.

I havent done the full thing yet. I just today finished ChaLean Extreme, but for an extra awesome workout I love doing the HIIT ones. HIIT 30 is so amazing!

The CLX deluxe version just has one more ab workout, a different interval workout and a different cardio one to do during the lean phase. All the lifting ones are the same.
