Has anyone else done keto at a limited calorie intake and still not lose weight even when controlling seizures? My seizures have almost completely gone away but I haven’t lost any weight even at a calorie deficit. I know this should count as a huge positive, and it does, huge, but I’m frustrated and seriously cranky about…

I agree with farmers_daughter post. As far as I am concerned yes surgery would be great if it weren't so inhibitive and expensive BUT I look at myself and I know I am better off with extra skin then the way I used to be!

Well said!! You and I think a lot alike!! In the 2 1/2 years I have been on this journey to change my lifestyle one thing I have learned is to not deprive myself but in return I have learned if I indulge then I must make adjustments by increasing exercise or doing without something else the same day. If I really want the…

I took a 3 month break while giving ww another shot. Considered the fact that ww was what got me started almost 2 1/2 years ago. It didn't work for me this time because I felt it was too complicated in comparison to MFP and my fitbit. Still chugging along and hoping to lose my last 20 soon !

Totally awesome!! I am really wish I had saved just one set of my 'old' clothes

Other than my arms the worst place where I have saggy skin is where I carried my children. I continually workout and do strength training. Skin removal surgery is way too expensive and a risky surgery that I would rather do without. Wanted to share that all the fit women in my step aerobics class complain of flabby arms. I…

I was told by a nutritionist that while I am losing weight that this would help to hold on to lean muscle.

Makes sense ^^

I eat some of them back but it just depends on the day. If it is a vigorous workout day which is 3-4 times a week then I definitely eat more of them back because I am hungry. Very rarely do I go to bed with no calories left.

I have used my fitbit flex since October of 2013. Wouldn't change it for the world!

One size I may keep but everything else I donate to family and friends who are just a few steps behind me on this journey. I do wish I had kept a pair of my old pants from the very beginning just for picture purposes.

It is a wonderful feeling! Congrats to you!!

I am a graduate of the C25K app and I would highly recommend to start our slowly. A "run" isn't a full out bore run until you ready to collapse. Just start by jogging. You will see your ability increase as your progress. You can also repeat a week if necessary. Remember any speed is faster than someone on the couch.

I did a Google search base on the sandwich. It will give you a range from 250 and up.

I am a big advocate for the Flex. I received mine in October. I have often heard the talk of the flex giving extra steps for hand movement but I work in a secretarial job and I have watched my counter NOT move while I type or file. The syncing issues with MFP had been resolved and seems to be working much better. Though I…

You came to the right place.

Welcome ! You have taken the first step. Continue to log everything you eat and drink water and even more water. You can do this! Take small steps and you will succeed!!

I have had mine since November and I love it. I just recently synced it with MFP because there were issues originally. Family members own the other models of Fitbit but personally this was the one for me. It is easy to use and hard to misplace :D
