For breakfast, when I'm going to work out that day, I drink a protein shake with almond milk. And I can't say what I have for dinner every day because it's always something different. This past week, though it's been a "fend for yourself" dinner most nights, and 3 nights I ate blueberry Eggos with low calorie syrup and low…

A hearty helping of mashed potatoes with hamburger gravy. I plan on working out until I'm almost dead in the next hour, in order to indulge on this. Lol!

That's the kind I've been using. It's not quite the same as regular mayo, but it's still pretty darn good!

I've read a few articles recently that suggest that a glass of…

We are having apple bourbon pork tenderloin, my special fried potatoes and some steamed corn with a tiny bit of margarine. When I make my potatoes, I peel them and cut them into cubes, and boil them until they are almost fork tender, then I drain them, and fry them up in a pan with a little olive oil, and plenty of…

No, I'm not diabetic. Last time I had my sugar taken it was after I had eaten a large candy bar (pre-lifestyle change) and it came in around the high 80's. I've never had a problem with diabetes.
