McDonald’s Cheeseburger Stromboli
Ingredients:
Frozen Pizza dough (thawed)
Ketchup
Mustard (if you like it)
American cheese
Ground Beef
Hamburger Dill Pickles (diced)
White Onion (diced)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Beaten egg
Directions
Make sure the dough is not frozen - best if left out over night
Set oven to 350F.
Brown & strain the ground beef
Roll out the bread dough into a 9 x 13 rectangular shape
Start at top or bottom – long ways – layer cheese, meat, ketchup & mustard (not too heavy), onion, pickles then roll once to cover and repeat steps (cheese, meat, ketchup & mustard, onion and pickles) continue to do this until you have enough dough to pinch ends and wrap and stretch dough so that the end of the bread seam stays on the bottom. The weight of the bread should hold it closed. (Alternatively, you could just layer all of that evenly across the dough, leaving space at the 4 edges and roll it all up but it’s up to you!)
Place in a 9 x 13 pan, brush loaf with beaten egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cook until golden brown (about 20 – 30 min. depending on oven)

I make this, but I use Velveeta, and pie crust. And I've always called it cheeseburger pie. It tastes just like a Big Mac. But I rarely eat it, because I'm sure It's beyond unhealthy, and I can't stop with just one slice.0
