I used to use it instead of rice i found it light and easy on my stomach and i didnt think it had a flavour as such i just shove my main on top of it and eat.

Im 4ft 11 and my goal is to be 115 lbs. I want to lose my tummy fat and arm fat and tone up.

Ive done zumba core in the past and it does work but i noticed that it seems to build muscle and bulk you and gives you a curvey shapely figure. If you want lean muscle do resistance and cardio. Im shadow boxing at the moment and this always makes me lean very quick- in a matter of weeks.
